Can I backup Just My POS Network?
Sure can, you will backup whatever network you plug the modem in between. That means that if you plug it in between say the Toast Router and your network, you will back up only that network.

All plans require a 6 month committment. Cancellations can be handled in our customer portal, or via our support panel at /Support/Panel/
How does the billing process work?
When you subscribe, you order your modem and sign up for the service. We send your modem within 24 hours, with instructions on how to install it. When you activate, or 15 days after shipping, we begin billing you for the monthly services.
Which Provider Do You Use For Cellular Backups
Our primary account is with Verizon Wireless, although we do maintain other accounts with TMobile, Starlink and several others. Verizon Wireless is the default.
Can I VPN To The Office With This?
You Bet! Especailly if you are a client of our networking partner.

What Is Your Billing Cycle
Our accounts cycle on the anniversary date of your signup. So if you sign up on the 1st, it’s the first, the 22nd, it’s the 22nd.
